Meet the Owner
Hi, I'm Helen Noonan, founder of Ultima Notary LLC.
Service has been a constant throughout my life. As a retired U.S. military veteran, I learned the importance of integrity, responsibility, professionalism, and attention to detail. Those values continue to guide the way I approach my work today.
My decision to become a notary was also influenced by my own life experiences. Through caregiving, guardianship, and estate administration responsibilities within my family, I experienced firsthand how important documents can become part of some of life's most significant—and sometimes stressful—moments.
Those experiences gave me a greater appreciation for the value of having someone who is patient, dependable, and respectful when important matters need to be handled.
That's one of the reasons I created Ultima Notary LLC. I wanted to build a business centered not simply on completing a notarization, but on providing the kind of professional and considerate service I would want for myself and my own family.
Ultimately, my goal is to make notarization one less thing you and your family have to worry about.
